Victoria Robinson studied furniture design at Guildhall University, just off Brick Lane in London and shortly afterwards moved back up to Holmfirth in West Yorkshire. Her first studio was an old brass band practice hall, left behind was a box of bone china cups and saucers, oddments, but beautiful... she was inspired to light them, to see the luminosity of the china, Tea Lady lights were the result. Each Tea Lady light is unique with a base made of recycled timber, lovingly hand waxed and finished.

Victoria's inspiration is drawn her love of charity shops, car boot sales and second hand markets. Found objects, discarded items and things people love but don’t use anymore giving them a new, useful life.
