Stock levels
Radiance is a small independant shop and doesn't keep huge levels of stock but want to let you know that these beautiful products are available and make it easy for you to order them. We have tried to give as much information about availability, lead times and delivery costs of products with each and every product listing. Every artist has a different lead time for their handmade goods or commissions and this can vary greatly. Please bare with us!
Christmas Holidys
We are closed from the 24th December until Wednesday 6th of January. Any orders placed during this period will not be processed until the 4th of January.
Product info
We have made every effort to accurately show the true colour of the lamps in our images but we cannot guarantee that your monitors display will accurately reflect this. All products are hand made so please allow for slight variations from lamp to lamp. Sizes of lamps will be accurate but the designs may vary very slightly.
Paying for made to order items
If there is a lead time of more than two weeks on a product that you would like to order and you would prefer to not pay in full at the time then we are happy to take a 50% deposit. Please telephone (within shop opening hours)to place your order. The balance would need to be paid in full before the item is shipped so we will inform you of when its ready.
Postage
We aim to post 'in stock' items within 4 days of receiving your order. Normally, smaller items will be posted from Radiance 1st class Royal Mail but during these Postal Strike times I am using a 3-5 day guaranteed courier service calle MyHermes. For postage costs of £15 and above, items will be bulky and will go via Interlink next day delivery. You will be informed when your package has been dispatched and when you should expect it.
International shipping
The site is set up for delivery in the UK only but I am certainly open to shipping worldwide. Some items are too bulky to offer reasonably priced shipping to overseas unfortunately but there are many items that will be fine. Please contact us to enquire and we will look into shipping costs for you.
Packaging.
We like to recycle our packaging at Radiance. We get so many boxes coming in that it would be silly to buy in new boxes especially to post items out so sometimes your box may be second hand... it's what's inside that counts!
Returns.
If your item is not suitable and just doesn't 'fit' then we can offer a full refund. We will refund the original credit card used for the purchase within 48 hours of receiving the returned item. Please return in the packaging it came in within 14 days to Radiance, 58, Market Street, Hebden Bridge, HX7 6AA. The refund will include the full value of the items returned but excluding the original delivery charges. This service is NOT available on specially commissioned items so think carefully before placing your order. If your item is damaged or faulty please return it and we will replace the product or refund you depending on your preference and give you a refund on your postage too.
