Product info
We have made every effort to accurately show the true
colour/texture of the products in our images but we cannot
guarantee that your monitors display will accurately reflect this.
Many items are handmade so please allow for slight variations from
product to product. We have tried to give as much information about
availability, lead times and delivery costs of products with each
and every product listing and we will keep this information as up
to date as we can. We will notify you once your order has been
placed if there are any variations to the information stated.
Payment
Our shop enables you to purchase securely online with Sage
Pay (once known as Protx).
Pricing
Prices are all shown in GBP inclusive of VAT. Prices displayed
throughout this website were accurate at the time of publication
and may change at any time.
Purchase of Products
When you place an order you will be sent an acknowledgement by
email. We will contact you if there are any problems with your
order. You may cancel your order within 7 days. If the item has
been dispatched simply return it to us for a full refund.
Delivery Times
We aim to post 'in stock' items within 4 days of receiving your
order but this may be longer during holiday periods. Most items are
sent via first class Royal Mail. Larger items will be shipped by a
courier, usually Interlink. You will be informed when your package
has been dispatched and when you should expect it.
Delivery times on 'made to order' items will vary from product to product but the time will be stated on the page of the product.
Some items on the site are not kept in stock but will be sent directly to you from the designer. Again, you will be informed of when to expect your delivery.
Returns
If your item is not suitable and just doesn't 'fit' then
we can offer a full refund. We will refund the original credit card
used for the purchase within 48 hours of receiving the returned
item. Please return in the packaging it came in within 14 days to
Radiance, 26, Market Street, Hebden Bridge, HX7 6AA. The refund
will include the full value of the items returned but excluding the
original delivery charges. This service is NOT available on
specially commissioned items so think carefully before placing your
order. If your item is damaged or faulty please return it and we
will replace the product or refund you depending on your preference
and give you a refund on your postage too.
Packaging
We like to recycle our packaging at Radiance. We get so many boxes
coming in that it would be silly to buy in new boxes especially to
post items out so sometimes your box may be second hand... it's
what's inside that counts!
