Shipping costs
Delivery costs are individually listed on each product
page and are quoted for UK postage.
Delivery Times
We aim to post 'in stock' items within 4 days of
receiving your order but this may be longer during holiday periods.
Most items are sent via first class Royal Mail. Larger items will
be shipped by a courier, usually Interlink. You will be informed
when your package has been dispatched and when you should expect
it.
Christmas
Last posting date is Tuesday 20th for small UK packages.
We can't guarantee orders will arrive in time after this
date.
Delivery times on 'made to order' items will vary from product to product but the time will be stated on the page of the product.
Some items on the site are not kept in stock but will be sent directly to you from the designer. Again, you will be informed of when to expect your delivery.
International shipping
The site is set up for delivery in the UK only but we are
certainly open to shipping worldwide. Some items are too bulky to
offer reasonably priced shipping to overseas but there are many
smaller items that will be fine. Please contact us to enquire and
we will look into shipping costs for you.
Packaging.
We like to recycle our packaging at Radiance. We get so many boxes
coming in that it would be silly to buy in new boxes especially to
post items out so sometimes your box may be second hand... it's
what's inside that counts!
