From his garden workshop Colin Chetwood makes lighting from
metal, paper, glass and wood. He trained at Slade School of Art,
Hackney College, Wessex Guild of Blacksmiths and Cardiff College of
Art.
He lives in the Wye Valley at the border with Wales. It is with
lush plant life and many of the forms that inspire him come from
wild flowers in the hedgerows. He loves being able to magically
transform materials from their straight, flat, square form into
something completely different which speaks of the natural
world.
